At Medrizon, we are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and customer-focused shipping experience. This policy explains our delivery coverage, processing timelines, and shipping fees for all orders placed on medrizon.com.
1. Shipping Area & Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
- Address Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
2. Delivery Timeline
To ensure transparency for our customers, we provide a clear breakdown of delivery times. The Total Estimated Delivery Time is 3–6 business days.

Medrizon partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Support
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will review the status and assist in resolving the issue fairly.
