Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, we follow the schedule below:

- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days.
2. Shipping Fees
We use a transparent flat-rate pricing model:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 for all domestic U.S. orders.
- Taxes: Shipping-related taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Medrizon partners with trusted U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if your order has not arrived within
7 business days, please contact us promptly. Our support team will review and assist in resolving the issue fairly.
