If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return process
to ensure a reliable shopping experience.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be new, unused, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Restocking Fees: Medrizon does not charge any restocking fees.
- Customer-Initiated Returns:
If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or personal preference,
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Medrizon will cover all return shipping costs
and provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days):
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
within 7 business days.
