You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Please note that return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Exclusions: Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

We maintain a transparent fee structure for all returns:

  • Restocking Fees: Medrizon does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Medrizon will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we follow this schedule:

Inspection & Notification Within 3 business days of receipt.
Refund Issuance Within 7 business days after approval.
