We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required to process your request.
  • Exclusions: Please note that items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Process & Timeline

We aim to process all requests efficiently. Below is our standard timeline:

Refund Issuance Processed automatically within 7 business days after approval.
Bank Posting Time Typically 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer).

Note: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: Medrizon does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Medrizon will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
