- Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required to process your request.
- Exclusions: Please note that items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees
- Restocking Fees: Medrizon does not charge any restocking fees.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Medrizon will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
