We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval Notification: Within 2 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
  • Credit Posting: Please remember it can take 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

3. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Medrizon will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
